Such an incredible book! I am currently using Mabel's Magical Meal in an invitation to learn/play in my family day care program as pictured below. The captivating illustrations, message that food can be fun spread throughout the story and practicing eating a rainbow makes for a great learning opportunity!

I bought Mabel’s Magic Meal for my nephews, and it was an instant hit! The story is whimsical and fun, and the illustrations are colorful and engaging. I especially love how it promotes healthy eating habits in a playful way — turning fruits and veggies into magic and adventure makes learning about food exciting. My nephews laughed, asked to read it again, and were inspired to try new foods. A delightful read that’s both entertaining and educational!

I bought Finding Toby’s Smile for my nephews, and they absolutely loved it. It’s a beautiful, loving story that gently introduces big feelings in a way young children can really understand. The themes of friendship, empathy, and emotional support are handled with so much care and warmth. It opened up lovely conversations and felt both comforting and meaningful. A book that is well worth the purchase
This author has knocked this book out of the ball park. I strongly believe that all students should feel included and be able to express their feelings. A story book aged at young children who may have big feelings on the inside that they struggle to share publicly. This book takes the reader through Toby's journey as it shows how a simple are you ok? can help someone struggling to share their big feels. Another great picture story book by Krystal Wade, can't wait to see what she publishes next

Omg I’m obsessed with the book, just read it 3x with the kids!!! Straight away they talked about masking their own feelings, they were obsessed with the hide and seek of the feelings monster, lots of chat about their own feelings, now they want to colour in the colour monster and write their grumpies and sads down and throw in the fireplace!!

Delightful story about rainbow food
The children enjoyed reading the story Magical Meal with Krystal. The session was interactive and engaging, with her reading expressively and encouraging the children to think about the story. Fantastic children's book
As a parent I’m always on the lookout for engaging ways to help my kids understand the importance of healthy eating, it does just that in a fun, accessible way. This book is such a wonderfully illustrated and written book sparking discussion about all the different colours foods can be, while also inviting children to think and get curious while reading. As a mum to two little picky eaters I loved how my kids spontaneously came up with different coloured foods and items that weren’t already included on the pages. It really had them engaged and talking about a variety of food in a positive way!

Great visual book for kids
I have a 11 month old and a 2 1/2 year-old and it was fantastic for both of them. It’s very visually appealing for both of my children and even I enjoyed the book haha, i’d rather spend a bit more money on a really good book like this than spend the same amount on a bunch of average ones.
