The story follows Mabel as she discovers the colours of the rainbow through a healthy meal of fruits and vegetables. Each page features a double spread showcasing transport, animals, foods and items of a particular colour of the rainbow. The themes in the story help children understand the importance of self-care, curiosity, and creativity, while also encouraging them to see food as both nourishing and exciting.
